My entry theme is "A Day At The Carnival!"   This design is 100% hand-painted nail art.  I base coated the nails with a light blue polish and did all of the art work with acrylic paint.  I used white, black, blue, green, orange, red and brown paints.  I used a small round brush, a detailer brush and a striping brush.  
 
My photo was taken with a Kodak Easy Share CX6230 Camera and Kodak Easy Share software was used to download the photos to my computer.  The photos were not enhanced at all, just cropped.
