Steps
The process began using extra long nail tips. I applied a base of differing colors for each nail with Pearl ,Pink, Yellow, Blue,Purple. The brush was used for these applications.
Next, I began painting Geisha. Paint's colors Black, Brown, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple,White, Gold , Orange,Pink.
Then I working on the 3D flower on the nail tips . I used Acrylic Liquid and Acrylic color powder.
After I put on Gold Beads to creat the stamen (center) of the flowers.
I spread the paint using brush for the petals of the flower.I used tweezers to produce the stamen.
No one color is pure, all final colors on the background and Geisha are a mixture of paints too numerous to mention here.
Of course , finally a top coat was utilized.
The outer four nail designs are consider Geisha , but the center nail is a classic Emporers' Wife from the Heian period .(The last division of classical Japanese history that runs from 794 to 1185. The Heian period is considered the peak of the Japanese Imperial court and noted for its art and especially in poetry and literature. The name Heian is word that means "peace" in Japanese)
On the fourth nail from the right , the Geisha has a hat which was created using Gold polish applied with the factory bottle brush.
The photos were taken with my Nikon E3200 Digital Camera with my friends HP510n home computer.
